1. Processing time for Foreigner Registration
- Foreigners who have stayed for more than 90 days after arriving in Korea cannot apply for group registration.
- Residence with length of contract under 6 weeks (starting from the application date) is unacceptable for group registration.
- Time Required : 12 weeks from the submission date
- ※ Duration time is just for reference. It can be changed depending on a competent Immigration office.
- Only students with a stay expiration date of 7 days or more and less than 4 months can apply here.
- ※ As of the application date, if the period until the expiration date of stay is less than 7 days and more than 4 months, the application will be automatically canceled without any notice.
- We only provide group registration service.
- You will be able to collect your ARC from your university in 6-7 weeks from the on-site registration date.
- You cannot pickup your ARC on your own at the Immigration Office.
- After the on-site registration, notifications for further procedure will be given out by email. Please follow the schedule in our email.

2. Not allowed to leave Korea until ARC is issued
- Do NOT leave Korea before receiving your ARC.
- If you leave in the middle of the process, your personal data will be deleted from the Immigration Office system and your application automatically canceled.
- If your application gets automatically canceled, your papers and fees will not be returned.
3. Change only from D4 to D2 is applicable
- If you want to apply for Change of Status of Sojourn from other visa, not D2, please contact us separately by e-mail. (kisfvisa@naver.com)
